This is the celebration of Reyes which is when they believe that the Three King's ound the Christ child. The town has a huge parade with bag pipe bands and many different kinds of floats. This picture is one of the king's as he passes on his camel (the camel is not real:() The camel is a float pulled behind a truck. But looks really cool just the same. It was crazy how many people where there. It kind of reminded me of parade time at Disneyland. People everywhere!! Except at this parade they throw hard candy as they go by. Kadee got pegged in the head with a piece of candy. The rest of us were dodging them with our umbrellas :)
